This policy applies to the PilateX mobile application (the "App"), which helps you discover pilates studios, book classes and track your progress. You can browse the App as a guest without an account. The backend runs on Google Firebase.
To provide the App we process: an account identifier (Firebase Authentication — you may continue as an anonymous guest, or sign in with e-mail, Google or Apple), the reservations and bookings you make, your class history and progress within the App, your approximate location (only while you look for nearby studios, to show what's around you), and basic technical data (device model, OS version, app version, crash logs). We do not show third-party ads.
We do not sell your data. We do not use your content to train AI models. As a guest you can explore the App without giving your name, e-mail or phone number.
Data is shared only with the processors needed to run the service: Google Firebase (authentication, database, cloud functions — Google LLC, EU/US servers), the pilates studios you book with (only the booking details needed to honour your reservation), and Apple / Google (app distribution, push, payments).
Your data is kept while your account is active. To erase your data, e-mail [email protected] from the device in question; we respond within 30 days.
Depending on where you live (GDPR, KVKK, CCPA and similar) you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability and object to processing. Write to [email protected].
The App is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
We post any changes on this page and, where material, notify you in the App.
