Terms of Use (EULA)

By creating an account or signing in to i-shim, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users

There is NO TOLERANCE for objectionable content or abusive behaviour on i-shim. i-shim includes messaging and other places where people post content. You agree not to create, send, upload, share or store any content that is:

harassing, bullying, threatening, or intended to intimidate another person;
hateful or discriminatory on the basis of race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, disability, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, or age;
sexually explicit, pornographic, or sexualising minors in any way;
violent, graphic, or promoting self-harm, terrorism or violent extremism;
illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, or promoting illegal goods, drugs or weapons;
spam, unsolicited bulk messaging, or impersonation of another person;
infringing anyone's intellectual-property or privacy rights.

Accounts that post objectionable content or abuse other users are terminated.

2. Reporting, blocking and moderation

Every message and every user can be reported, and every user can be blocked, from inside the app:

Our commitment: we review every report and act within 24 hours — removing offending content and ejecting the user who posted it. We may suspend or permanently terminate any account that violates Section 1, without notice.

The App also applies an automatic filter to text content; content matching our objectionable-content list is hidden and flagged for review.

3. Your account and your business data

You must be 18 or older to use i-shim. You are responsible for your account and your content. i-shim stores the business records you enter (companies, workplaces, staff, financial records). You remain the owner of that data; we process it to provide the service. You may delete your account at any time from Profile → Edit profile → Delete your account, or by writing to [email protected].

4. Subscriptions

Some features require a paid subscription, billed through the App Store or Google Play. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends; manage or cancel them in your store account settings.

5. Service, changes and termination

The App is provided "as is". We may change, suspend or discontinue features. We may terminate or restrict your access if you breach these Terms.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

7. Governing law and contact

i-shim'de hesap oluşturarak veya giriş yaparak bu koşulları kabul etmiş olursunuz. Kabul etmiyorsanız uygulamayı kullanmayın.

1. Sakıncalı içeriğe ve kötüye kullanıma SIFIR TOLERANS

i-shim'de sakıncalı içeriğe ve kötüye kullanan kullanıcılara SIFIR TOLERANS vardır. i-shim mesajlaşma ve kullanıcıların içerik paylaştığı başka alanlar içerir. Şu içerikleri oluşturmamayı, göndermemeyi ve paylaşmamayı kabul edersiniz:

taciz, zorbalık, tehdit veya bir kişiyi korkutmaya yönelik içerik;
ırk, etnik köken, milliyet, din, engellilik, cinsiyet, cinsel yönelim veya yaş temelinde nefret söylemi ve ayrımcılık;
cinsel içerikli/pornografik içerik; çocukları herhangi bir biçimde cinselleştiren içerik;
şiddet içeren veya kendine zarar vermeyi, terörü ve şiddet yanlısı aşırılığı özendiren içerik;
yasa dışı, dolandırıcılık amaçlı, aldatıcı içerik; yasa dışı mal, uyuşturucu veya silah tanıtımı;
spam, istenmeyen toplu mesaj veya başkasının kimliğine bürünme;
başkasının fikrî mülkiyet veya gizlilik haklarını ihlal eden içerik.

Sakıncalı içerik paylaşan veya diğer kullanıcıları taciz eden hesaplar kapatılır.

2. Şikâyet, engelleme ve denetim

Her mesaj ve her kullanıcı uygulama içinden şikâyet edilebilir, her kullanıcı engellenebilir:

Taahhüdümüz: her şikâyeti inceler ve 24 saat içinde işlem yaparız — sakıncalı içeriği kaldırır, paylaşan kullanıcıyı uygulamadan çıkarırız. 1. maddeyi ihlal eden hesapları bildirimsiz askıya alabilir veya kalıcı kapatabiliriz.

Uygulama ayrıca metin içeriğine otomatik bir filtre uygular; sakıncalı içerik listemizle eşleşen içerik gizlenir ve incelemeye alınır.

3. Hesabınız ve iş verileriniz

i-shim'i kullanmak için 18 yaşında veya daha büyük olmalısınız. Hesabınızdan ve içeriğinizden siz sorumlusunuz. i-shim, girdiğiniz iş kayıtlarını (şirket, işyeri, personel, mali kayıtlar) saklar. Bu verilerin sahibi sizsiniz; biz yalnızca hizmeti sunmak için işleriz. Hesabınızı istediğiniz an Profil → Profili Düzenle → Hesabını Sil yolundan veya [email protected] adresine yazarak silebilirsiniz.

4. Abonelikler

Bazı özellikler ücretli abonelik gerektirir; ödeme App Store veya Google Play üzerinden alınır. Abonelikler, dönem bitiminden en az 24 saat önce iptal edilmedikçe otomatik yenilenir; yönetim ve iptal mağaza hesabı ayarlarınızdan yapılır.

5. Hizmet, değişiklikler ve sonlandırma

Uygulama "olduğu gibi" sunulur. Özellikleri değiştirebilir, askıya alabilir veya durdurabiliriz. Bu koşulları ihlal etmeniz hâlinde erişiminizi sonlandırabilir veya kısıtlayabiliriz.

6. Sorumluluk

Yasaların izin verdiği ölçüde dolaylı zararlardan sorumlu değiliz. Buradaki hiçbir hüküm, yasa gereği sınırlanamayan sorumluluğu sınırlamaz.

7. Uygulanacak hukuk ve iletişim
